Description Today's competitive business environment often does not give the luxury of having lots of time for cookbook like technology assimilation. Technology adoption must often be “on the fly” while real life critical systems are developed. Based on its vast experience in technology transfer and a variety of critical projects, ACTL has developed a number of project jumpstart packages that allow teams to adopt and assimilate object technology with a minimal impact on the overall project costs and schedules. The packages combine the three most basic services or ACTL’s technology transfer package: Training Mentoring Consulting Within the scope of a project iteration (8 weeks) and a fixed budget, ACTL experts  provide well defined training sessions in UML, OOAD, system architecture and design patterns that are interwoven with mentoring and consulting sessions in order to produce substantial advances on the project. Duration Depending on the jumpstart package between 1 and 3 iterations (=>8 to 24 weeks).
